Craig Harper has been conducting polygraph examinations since 1999 and is a retired Major Crimes Detective from the Orlando Police Department. He is a graduate of the Texas Department of Public Safety Law Enforcement Polygraph School. He is state certified through the Florida Polygraph Association and maintains national certification through the American Association of Police Polygraphists. He established D. Craig Harper and Associates, LLC, in 2014. The firm has addressed polygraph examinations for a variety of governmental entities, law enforcement agencies, mental health professionals, attorneys, public safety organizations, private enterprises, individual parties, and international clientele. The firm has bilingual capabilities. We also offer investigative consultation services and expert witness court testimony.
